IT'S BEEN A DIFFICULT FIVE YEARS.  WHAT A LONG STRING OF PROBLEMS! DON'T BLAME YOURSELF.  WE HAVE DONE OUR BEST; WE CAN BE PROUD THAT WE TRIED. AYE, YOUR LEADERNESS --  NOW THAT THE SUPPLY SHIP IS HERE, WHAT WILL YOU SAY TO THEM?

WELCOME, CAPTAIN.  I TRUST
YOUR JOURNEY WAS UNTROUBLED.

EVER SINCE WE HEARD YOU WERE BRINGING A LARGER GROUP, WE HAVE BEEN BUSY.  IT HAS BEEN HARD WORK.  YOU WILL FIND A NEW HIGH EFFICIENCY CRYSTAL POWER PLANT THAT POLLUTES LESS, AND USES LESS RAW MATERIAL.  YOU WILL ALSO FIND WE GET SOME ENERGY FROM A COUPLE OF WIND AND SOLAR POWER PLANTS, WITH OTHERS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.  FOR A TIME, THERE WILL BE POWER SHORTAGES ...   BUT WE CAN TEACH YOU HOW WE CONSERVE ENERGY.  AND WE WILL WELCOME YOUR IDEAS ABOUT REDUCING POLLUTION FROM THE CRYSTAL POWER PLANTS.
MADAME PRESIDENT, WE EXPECTED THE WORK, BUT EVEN SO THIS IS WONDERFUL NEWS.  I'M AMAZED YOU'RE THIS FAR ALONG AS IT IS.  WE ARE ALREADY ROLLING UP OUR SLEEVES TO JOIN YOU.
