Watershed Atlas
Mystery #2

In May, 1999 the students in this class were at the launch of the Mississippi Adventure Interactive Expedition. Parents, or other relative(s), brought students to this paddlewheel boat for the send off of this expedition. Students collected water samples from the main river in our watershed as part of the research on water quality that was done during the expedition. Do you think the paddlewheel boats that came to our town in the 1800's were like this?

Our state produces more pumpkins than any other state.

Can you guess where we are?
