Rivers of Life:
Mississippi Adventure

Welcome to the Mississippi Adventure, an annual ten-week study of the second largest watershed in the world!

The Mississippi Adventure takes place during the Spring of the year. Even though the Mississippi Adventure for this year is a thing of the past, the information gathered during the ten-week study is still valid. Click on any of the buttons to the left to learn more about the program.

The Interactive Expedition concludes our ten-week study. You can take a look at the last student adventure, with daily reports, photos, and journals. The Interactive Expedition for 2001 is sure to be bigger and even more memorable!

BIG NEWS!!! We're very proud to announce our partnership with the Audubon Society's Upper Mississippi River Campaign. Check out the official Audubon Ark 2000 web site to follow the adventure.

Teachers, if this is your first visit to Rivers of Life, visit our Teacher Support area to learn how to use the program in your classroom. If you are interested in getting your classroom involved in the 2001 Mississippi Adventure and have some questions, feel free to email us.

Students, if you're looking for games, puzzles or interactive maps, doing research for a report, or if you're just curious, check out our Students' area.
