The WaterShed Partners
Exhibit Committee

The WaterShed Partners Exhibit Committee oversees the use of the WaterShed exhibit, the two EnviroScapes, and the TV/VCR unit and videos. This committee is responsible for monitoring the condition of the exhibits and for assisting with their evaluation. This committee is also charged with creating new tools that will continue to tell the story of watershed stewardship.

SCHEDULING
To help alleviate problems with prioritizing the use of the exhibits, the Exhibit Committee has assigned priority deadlines:

  • December 1 - deadline for scheduling requests for March through May
  • February 1 - deadline for scheduling requests for June through September
  • July 1 - deadline for scheduling requests for October through February

On the deadline date, the Exhibit Committee will discuss scheduling conflicts. The criteria for priority are:

  • Number of people at the event
  • Event location
  • Historical precedence
  • Event options for that Partner
  • Watershed theme events have priority
  • WaterShed Partner collaborations have priority

The weeks before and after Earth Day (April 22) are reserved for an event/events to be determined by the WaterShed Partners. Priority deadline is February 15 for events that should be considered.

To schedule one or more of the exhibits, please see Hosting the Exhibits.
