What happened to Table 1? Table 1 will become part of a permanent exhibit at the Minnesota State Fair. Below are the responsibilities for the use of the WaterShed exhibit from Hamline University and the WaterShed Partners: - You must complete an Event Evaluation Form after your event to assist the WaterShed Partners with year-end reporting to funders. Complete and fax the form to CGEE at 651-523-3041. The Event Evaluation Form can be found online at http://www.cgee.hamline.edu/watershed/Exhibit/hosting.htm or in the WaterShed Exhibit Operator's Guide. - You are responsible for scheduling the pick-up and return of the exhibit, correctly loading and unloading the exhibit, as well as staffing the exhibit during your event. Call the student workers office at 651-523-2895 or Brenda Erickson at 651-523-2591 to make arrangements. - Plan ahead for the transportation of the exhibit. If you are reserving one table, it will fit in most 4-door cars. If you are reserving more than one table of the exhibit, a van without seats or a full-sized pickup without a topper is necessary. You are responsible for reporting any damage that occurs during the above dates, from the time of acquiring it until you relinquish it to the next user or return it to Hamline. This exhibit is extremely fragile and you may be held responsible for repairs that result from misuse during your event. Because of the size of the exhibit, you are strongly encouraged to bring at least one other person to help you unload, set up, and load the exhibit.
